This is a hay-ku, the poetry of Zen Bovinism 😁 😂 A lovely delicate poem, Frances, lovingly and humorously observed. There is something zen-like about this beautiful creature who shares the earth with stinging gnats and us. ❤️
Yes I like the two dynamics... do you remember studying process thought in college.. God had two essences, an unchanging element and one that constantly responded to evolving circumstances. Maybe the poem is more inspired than I realise🤣
(And I've written the response in the wrong space again!)
I particularly like the “persistent grace” with which the tail does its work while the face ruminates. Delightful.
Very funny Seamus 😁 and I have recently returned from a west Cork Buddhist retreat centre!
Perfect! I was more tuned into your creative vibe than I realized consciously! Was it just beyond Castletownbeare, looking out over the ocean?
Yes, I was a volunteer
Ann and I have visited many time. Beautiful place. ❤️

I think you may be right. There is often more in what we write than we are conscious of.
Well I was joking, really, but I do like this cow.😊
Thanks for your interest in these poems, Seamus. I really appreciate it.😊
Beautiful poem, once again Frances.
Thanks so much, Martina.😊
So peaceful 🙏❤️
Thank you Alice, it is a peaceful scene😊
